Prepare Team Registration Details
Before you enter a team, please have the following information ready to go:
- Location & category you wish to enter
- Team Name
- First and last names for each participant
- Age bracket for each participant (17 or under, 18-49, 50-74, 75+).
- T-shirt sizes for each participant
- Distances for each participant (N/A if you are participating in the KM Tracker category)
- Email addresses for each participant
Download our fillable PDF, save to your computer, fill out your details, resave and then send a copy to colleagues who would like to join you in the Corporate Cup 2025 to make it easy to input the required details!
Team or individual
Individuals and teams have separate awards. Teams can include up to 7 participants but need at least 5 to be able to achieve maximum points (winning is achievable with less, but a team with 5, 6 or 7 participants is highly recommended).

Please note it is not mandatory to get a t-shirt and there is an option to select ‘no t-shirt’ when you register.
To secure your t-shirts for your team, make sure you register early and specify your shirt sizes during registration. Please note the discounted school rate does not include a free t-shirt.
T-shirt Sizing Guide

The 2026 t-shirts are a slightly different cut and fit as the 2025 please refer to the sizing chart below. As the sizing is unisex, we have included a reference to ladies sizing below as a guide. The sizes are equivalent to men’s sizes.

Withdrawing Teams
Registrations withdrawn after Monday 17th July 2026 will incur a $50 cancellation fee for team registrations or $15 cancellation fee for individual registrations. Registrations withdrawn after the event has commenced will be charged 50% of the total registration fee.
Team Bag Collection
Collection Options
When you register, you have the option to add delivery to your team bag for an additional $20. If you are registering multiple teams, you will need to select delivery for each team.
For teams that don’t add on delivery, the Team Captains will receive an email including collection options once the team’s bag is available (late July). The collection point is in Glynde, SA.
