Where
Onsite only. Track starting location – Semaphore Beach
**PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COUNCIL WORKS ROUTE MAY BE ADJUSTED IF REQUIRED**
Time
Activities must be completed anytime on the scheduled round dates only.
Note: Participation requires the use of a GPS running app that records your distance, time, and route (map). Physical timing tags will not be issued.

Mini – 2.25km Corp – 4.5km

Category options
Your walk/run must be done onsite.
Most Improved – Set a base time in Round 1 then aim to improve your time in the subsequent rounds.
Fastest – Aim to run your fastest time every round.
