How To Prepare For Corporate Cup Registrations
The 2025 Corporate Cup will be here in no time, and we cannot wait to see you all again soon. If you need some assistance on where to start organising your team, this is the page for you!
Know which location and category you would like to enter:
The Corporate Cup is lucky enough to have set courses in the Adelaide CBD, Mawson Lakes, and Semaphore, so if you live/work near any of these locations, we make it easy for you to participate. You will need to choose which category you want to enter (most improved or fastest) as well as the distance that best suits your team (2.25km, 4.5km or 7.2km in the CBD). If you cannot quite make it to one of our physical locations, or you simply can’t fit in a walk/run on a set day each fortnight – our 100% virtual KM tracker is the way to go! Competing for the best team name:
A real highlight to checking the leader boards for many participants is finding out all the fun and unique names team’s come up with. At the Corporate Cup, we are all about encouragement and fun, and being creative with team names is what we love to see! Some of our favourites from last year include “Easier Said Than Run” and “Scrambled Legs”. So, give it your best go and see who in your team can come up with the best team name.
Registering your teammates in your team:
When it comes to registering, encouraging your colleagues can be difficult, but what can be harder gathering everyone’s details. We have put together a friendly guide to help out team captains and to ensure you don’t miss the necessary information we require! We have created a fillable PDF that makes it easy to email around the workplace, or you can print it out and fill it in by hand. The important information we require is:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Age bracket at July 30 (17 or under, 18-49, 50-74, 75+)
- T-shirt size (2XS – 3XL available as well as an option for none)
- Distance chosen (N/A if KM Tracker)
- Email address for each participant
