How to Get Your Team Ready
Organising a team shouldn’t feel like a workout before the actual event. We’ve made it easy for you:

Returning Captains: Simply log in with your existing email and password. If you’ve moved organisations, just create a new profile.

The Cheat Sheet: Download our Fillable Team Information PDF. Email it to your colleagues or pin it in the lunchroom to collect all the details you need before hitting the ‘Register’ button.
Pro Tip: You can save your online registration as a draft. If you’re still waiting on one person to confirm their shirt size, don’t sweat it, save your progress and come back later!
Managing Your Team & Making Changes
We know things can change, maybe a colleague moves departments or you realised you selected the wrong shirt size. The good news? You have full control!
You can make your own changes to your team at any time before July 1st. This includes updating email addresses, swapping participants, or adjusting t-shirt sizes.
How to make changes:

Log in to your account.

Go to your Dashboard.

Select ‘View my 2026 Teams’.

Click ‘Edit Teams’ to update your details.
